@Khymm: i remember. nakapalit naman sad diay ko niya before. i tried Ellana's blush-on. and dili kaayo ko hiyang og MMU coz i have dry skin. what do you think is a good primer na cream-based?

^ you mean makeup primer sis? ang THE FACE SHOP Span primer (php 400+), mura xag liquid-gel formula similar to SMASHBOX photofinish primer (php 1,500+), na test lang nako same consistency sila.. di man au ko tig gamit ug makeup primer..

khymm.. how about unsa ang foundation bagay for me? kay oily skin man jud ko then mao na reason y bugason ko.. but mo gawas ra akongpimples if mag mens ko.... and how about sa concealer..? wat man pud puede nako...

if gamit ka foundie sis, make sure its OIL FREE or use Powder foundations or 2 way powders since wala man au silay sagol na oil..
for concealers, trial and error jud sha kung what formula mu-work nimo. Recommended for oily skin ang cream concealers kay mu-stay put siya compared to the liquid ones na mu-slide ra.. if sa pimples nimo gamiton ang concealer, best ang pencil type..

i used Prep + Prime Eye from MAC pero nahurot na that is why im looking for affordable alternatives karon coz dugay pa maabot package from my mom. hehehe.

diba kanang SMASHBOX photofinish primer sa whole face man na i-apply? dili ko tig gamit ana coz cakey unya tan-awn. primer lang sa eyes for eyeshadows

try using a makeup primer first that has silicon, then a good concealer na dili kaau oily para mu-stick sa face. try experimenting with cream or pencil type concealers. Make sure to use one that matches your skintone para dili obvious na nag-apply ka ug concealer. Then "set" the concealer with loose powder. I wont promise this completely conceals your facial scar pero ma-minimize lang nya..

bout sa blush, i use two shades...im not so into pink shades? thats why peach jud ug another darker than that. ang darker shade is under sakong cheek bones. para naay contour ang face.. murag niwang ang face awun, ang d xa 'blushed' ra au awun, it would seem natural.

ate khymm, i have a question..unsaon man pagwala ani ako pimples??actually wala man jud ko'y pimples i dont know why naa nako pimple..huhuhuh..makawala man ug self-esteem gud..naa pjud tawn sa may cheeks nga area..i love putting blush on paman unta.and i dont want to have a pimple scar...plz..plz help me..

knang PONDS na brown/beige-ish ang packing? effective au na for scars. mao na akong g.maintain run.hihihihi.... everynight rako mamutang, mka-pa-puti pa jud. weeee.

it depends kung what imong i-conceal:

for blemishes - kailangan match sa skintone. you dont want to highlight the pimple diba? pwede pud green concealer first to neutralize the redness, then skintone color concealer

for undereye circles - 1-2 shades darker sa skintone to brighten.

for eyebags its a different story. you need to shades jud, a light one kana murag sa line sa eyebag ra ibutang, then kanang skintone color sa "bag" mismo. Read it sa makeup book.


@carla03- i think dili man mu-cake ang makeup with makeup primers kay usually its gel-cream type, dont know how to explain the consistency.. its purpose to make foundation glide and makes it last longer. it has silicon to fill in small lines, wrinkles etc. Pero I read its not recommended to use daily coz maka-breakout daw ang silicon. Okay ra xa for special occasions though
