ive been with teletech for more than 4years... and thankful ko sa experience naku sa ttech.. but i felt unhappy sa company when i moved to our cebu site.. unhappy cause of how the upper level team manage their employees.. im saying this 'cause iven been to several sites of ttech and i never experienced such "bosses" here in cebu.. ganahan kaayu ko sa life naku sa cebu in terms of the city, the food and the people around me... but since i wasn't happy with my job anymore that's why i resigned.. so true true jud ang gisulti ni "adie" ug "wsraxe" sa thread na if you're no longer happy then resign nalang...

its up to you kung imo i-adopt or mo resign.

mao na dapat follow jud ko kung aha ka mag-enjoy kay tiyak jud diha sab ka magdugay.
