its a "figurative" word, it can be used to describe other meaning, for this particular country is define as area or region, not necessary a country (which also means in a political sense a combination of political region into one entity)

- Proposed project ni Osmena... wagtangon ang City Hospital himuon nya og Brgy Clinic every Barangay... if opposition walay clinic?
- bayran ni RAMA ang utang sa SRP on One time payment... palag ang mga batos ni Tomas kay 25 years to pay daw nah... if ei One time payment maka save ta og 1billion peso...
