hhmmmm, so thats the reason why those coffees cost so much... . next time I'll bring my own coffee mug and packs inside starbucks and drink to my hearts content ... so rude of starbucks. not so business-like of them.
bro thanks for the info about your bad experience in starbucks ayala. next time if maka anha ko diha kay magbantay nako sa akong mga orders...
bro even this statement of yours is true of not, mag bantay nako sa akong mga orders didto kay dili pud baya lalim kung ikaw ma biktima unya walay actions na gi himo ang starbucks.
anyway, thanks for the info bro......
I think ang " VICTIMS " ang walay gi himo sa incident . Read again the story and figure out.

SPRINGFIELD_XD:
are you connected with starbucks?...
i'm just asking bro kay murag kontraryo man kaayo ka sa statement ni jeffrey...
peace bro..
reading this thread was amusing.
kasuway na pud ko mga similar incidents but not in starbucks.. sa zao lang to.. it does give a negative impression sa customer.. and bisag unsa pana ka dugay (if ever true) and experience ni mr. jeffrey i think its ok that he would inform people about this, depende rana sa tao if they believe it or not. if they will brand it as a hoax and a plot to destroy starbucks or a horrible employee mistake. di naman tingali ni dapat lalisan.. besides naa man gyud right ang customer mu reklamo and if ang pa-agi ni mr. jeffrey is through emailing directly rustans corp. then iya pud na.. email is much more convinient than the hassles of calling the manager etc. and its good that he went directly to the franchise owner (RUSTANS corp.) at least they would know whats going on within their branches of starbucks pero ang nakabati ana mostly it will land on deaf ears..
at least karon kung mu palit ta something sa starbucks, careful nata.
he does have a point na what if his friend could have swallowed the 2 screws.. mas dako ang damage.
its not about damaging the coffee shop's name.. its correcting their mistake and letting them know so they can do something about it.
either mu reklamo mo directly sa store manager/owner, emailing the company owning the franchise, telling friends or posting it over the internet.
hmmm.. i suggest the next time you visit starbucks you better have a screwdriver sad. then tell them that you order ther screw-flavored coffee.
you should have seen a lawyer to teach them a lesson.....
kung bag-o pa ang istarbaks ato basin ang panday ga-butang ato pag taod sa shelves, hehe!!
anyway, that's the problem with service crews outside manila.Â* don't get me wrong but sometimes half-baked pagka-train basta mga taga Cebu or other provinces for that matter and I don't see any reason why.Â* plus dili kaayo sila tagaan ug authority to act on these matters.Â* this is what i experienced at Sun Cellular and Dad's restaurant.
just my 2 cents...
Me I prefer SM....Nice Baristas
