same ra sa uban nga callcenter, naa ra nimo if you find it sayon or lisod ra ba sudlon, basta sa ako before, dali ra kaayo.. I just took the written exam then an interview/call simulation, then gone through with PHP, 5 days of Pre-Hired Program, with allowance and free meals of course, 98-100% ang passing rate ani, so mahagbong lang siguro ka sa PHP kung mo absent ka..... then after PHP, probationary naka then you'll be part of the calltek family nah... less than 6 month, if maayo imo performance, e recommend naka for regularization...
