Oftentimes, we all have been into the stage wherein we feel so down, we can feel life's futility that we want to end our misery by doing forbidden things.

So many weird thoughts would creep into our minds leading us to the deep abyss of self pity. If you are undergoing this dilemma, how do you stand up and get on with life? What's your way of coping up depression?

What's the easiest way of moving on ?...

I think the best way to move on is to go out with someone who is so very much in love with you
so you can easily forget teh one who hurt you even for that day only
i was once broken hearted but i just go out with friends and eat a lot at home,
it takes so much time to easily forget him for just a while.

moving on will never be easy .. no matter how silly the reason for separation is...
moving on will remain to be one of the most difficult thing a person can do

"forgetting" is to know where you stand , knowing what you wanna do in life,
setting your goals... from there... whatever you're planning to do can be a bit easier..

i can make most of my time if m depressed(LOVE)..i can write poems,..it is how i pour out all my frustrations and all my questions through my poem...its like getting use to the pain until uR numb..but i can say that afterall Im not a looser,i was able to cope up, its true TIME can help in healing the pain,though it cant wipe it away..at least uL be ok and learn on the mistake and uL be stronger na....its like the song, u made me stronger by breaking my heart....

i do this too....magsulat ng makabagbag damdaming....short story...hehehe
