Skinny leg jeans.
Belts (that are not worn to hold ur pants up. They're..just there.)
Striped, tight, long sleeved tops.
3 quarter leggings under a short skirt or long blouse with belt.
Flat shoes
Spliced hair, beach hair...
Fake accessories
Huge bags
Polka dot dresses
Boots with jeans tucked into them
Huge sunnies

here's my list based on magazines and the people i know from manila :

leggings worn with tunic tops or mini's
skinny jeans worn with ballet flats or peep toe's
fitted tunics with wide belts, sometimes yung belt sa itaas pa nang waist nakalagay
bermuda shorts
couture shorts
wedges
puffed sleeve blouses

generally, yung uso karon mura pangkaraan ug style

well, it's summer here in japan, people are crazy with queer and out-of-this-world wardrobe (as usual)..

just some I have observed and been trying to fit in, hehe:

-leggings beneath micro mini skirt
-bolero (mini version of blazer), sometimes of knitted cloth.
-bermuda shorts (they're hot)
-lacy sleeveless tops worn underneath lacy tops
-skinny jeans! with big belts worn for no purpose at all, hehe
-open toe heels (not necessarily sandals)
-white shoes (loafers)
