    Smile weight reduction

    actually bro I was inspired by how boxers reduced their weight significantly within 2 months of training. It really helps seeing manny pacquiao do his regular training and diet and achieved his target weight just in time. i just follow their routines and diet and it really get us healthy. eating what is just needed to our body is the right way.

    Tambal Athritis kay dagat og tangad initon lang ang dagat with tangad na naa roots then ipahid ang init nga dagat dali ra na maayo hhehehe
