    Sir, does it really take a long time for Sir Brad to reply? Ky nag send man ko filled-up nga registration form yesterday. I was hoping to get the bank details today aron mubayad nako pero wala man. So nag send napud ko balik ganina. I was wondering kung nadawat ba jud.

    Naa mo office aron adto nalang jud ko mu personal ug register if ever wala madawat akong registration form?

    knsay istoryan mo apil ani? uban ta ninyo ma uwaw ko ako ra usa but surely mo ad2 jud ko bahala na solo flight but mas better if naa ka uban ehehe

    Sorry kaayo mam kay nadugay kog reply sa imung emails, I got busy sa birthday namo sa akong anak atong niaging mga adlaw maong karon adlawa rako nkalugar ug check sa email. Pacenxa jud kaayo mam.     Labor Law Seminar in Cebu

    Business owners, human resource personnel, administration heads, department managers, and key officers handling people in Cebu are all invited to a labor law seminar organized by Powermax Consulting Group Inc. The event is set for August 29, 2012, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at City Sports Club. The speaker of the seminar is labor law expert Atty. Amor Perdigon.

    When you establish a business, it is important to know the basic laws that surround employment. Unpleasant situations in the workplace are unavoidable so you have to be familiar with the labor law to avoid potentially detrimental legal issues. Organizations need to set effective disciplinary rules and regulations to uphold order in the workplace.

    One of the most challenging tasks of a human resource officer is employee discipline. Improper implementation of employee discipline may lead to back wages, separation pay, damages, as well as attorney’s fees. Aside from knowing all the requirements in exercising disciplinary measures to workers, it is important to have basic knowledge of the legal mandates and pro-labor policies of the Philippines, the rights of workers, laws governing employment relations, and levels of management prerogatives.

    The seminar will have two modules. The first module entitled “What Employers Need to Know about Employee Discipline will be discussed in the morning. It comprises of (1) The Constitutional Provisions Affecting Labor – Labor as a primary social economic force (Art. II, Section 1, (2) Statutory Provisions on Labor, (3) Employment Relationship, (4) The Management Rights and Prerogatives, and (5) The Rights of Workers.
    In the afternoon, the second module entitled “Employee Discipline” will be discussed. It covers the following topics: (1) Concept, (2) Procedural Due Process, (3) Instances when First Notice is NOT Required, (4) Substantial Due process, (5) Termination by the Employer, (6) Termination by the Employee (Art. 285), (7) Four Instances of Dismissals; Effects, ( Constructive Dismissal, (9) Preventive Suspension, (10) Tips on Employee Discipline, and (11) Incidence After Termination.

    Inclusive of a seminar kit, certificate and morning and afternoon snacks, the rates for the Labor Law seminar are as follows:
