companies who cannot offer reliable fulltime jobs dont deserve fulltime availability. i mean, parttime-man nalang na sila so that you can pursue other opportunities.

lesson learned, if you know better, don't build your future in a call center.
whatever the people in your orientation tell you about the size or history of their call center don't believe them. a call center fold, pack & go business. just think of it as a stepping stone, for new graduates and a pang tawid-gutom for veteran job hunters. the moment you start to think you can build your future on one, then you are seriously making a terribly wrong life-decision.
be an entrepreneur.

I heard of this mandatory leave sa Wats. Luoy kaayu aku Ate kay regularization niya this month. Gipaleave man gani ang mga regulars.. Murag wala sila iregular jud tingali this month!
tinuod ni nga gipang layoff sila? luoya gud? pero sayop man sad na sa management and sa agents. if giprotektaan nilaang account/fugures, di ta na maabot ana.
greedy capitalists who do not have a sense of social justice do not deserve to do business here....
and mandatory undertime option? first time I heard of such, how ironic for an American BPO company....on second thought, it aint really that ironic
if this is the current case of wats, ngano wa pa man ghapon action? walay juy mabuhat ang mga government officials sa?
yeah they do have this mandatory "undertime option". what they probably mean is the management's option and not the employee's.
so the bosses opted to send you home.
Kadtong mga gara nga mga agents nga cge lang gimik nya wa gani natigum, Sus..ka-ubo jud...hehehe
