    ^^when i got too fat nga obese nakos akong weight, naka ingon jud ko nga akong gi punish akong self but was thinking im super loving it by allowing myself to just eat anything that makes me feel good. recently lang jud nako na realize nga im loving it in a wrong way. murag bata nga imong padak on spoiled brat, tungod kay love kaau nimo pero mag create ra ug bigger problems later. so karon, stick na jud kos akong bag ong healthy lifestyle, para nako, dili na gani diet, mao na jud ni akong gusto. feels great to be healthy pero dapat inside and out, feed your spiritual health pud

    one week na jud ko wala makabalik sa gym. busy kaau ang sched ug nag outing pa jud mi pero wala ko magpalabi ug kaon kay sayang kaau ang hinaguan nga pagpa reduce. i have 2 more weeks remaining before i come to Cebu. dibdiban na to. hehe

    Hi!!

    Glad to have found this thread. I need, I want, i have to lose weight. Dghan kaau ko excuses not to go to the gym, 6 months nako pero gamay ra kaau ang na lose ko. I don't really have a problem with eating too much. My problem is my katapulan. Feel ko I don't have to be out on a weekend coz i deserve my sleep and rest k usually 4-5 hours lang sleep ko during the week.

    Okay, here we go. I'm 4'11" tall, i weight 180 pounds before. I'm not sure if pila na ron. maybe about 175lbs. Then target weight k about 115-120. i dont like to be skinny pod. i just wanna be fit, sayang ang beauty. lol. but how, how, how?! motivation pleaseeeee!
    to make it worse (or better to some people), my boyfriend says he loves me the way i am. d ka malain! mas maau cguro ingnon ko niya, batia mo'g lawas ui, para ma motivate ko!

    p.S. got a bad case of hyperacidity and I have tried juicing and whatnots, even the no rice meals. i ended up fainting several times. lol. what to do, what to do? I'm wondering if any of you have the same problem? na you cant really eat meals without rice k makuyapan ka or you'll be soooo gutom!

    A former heavy rice-eater here *raises hand*
    Now I strictly impose a one cup rice per day and I'm into my seventh month na.
    At first, I had bad mood swings because of the change in my diet but as I got
    the hang of it, I got used to eating more fish, fruits and vegetables.

    Right now, I'm cutting my bread intake then third day into drinking green tea.
    Thanks to MollyMillions who inspired me to exert more effort in my diet
    Especially now I'm losing a lot of gym hours coz of my work so there's no other
    way but to compromise what's really good for my health.

    Just wanna share something that made me smile yesterday. I joined my workmates
    for our company summer shindig at a resort and felt so great coz I was able to wear
    my tankini with no more wrap or shirt to cover my huge frame. I still have a stubborn
    Lil bulging tummy but I was able to pull it off. So payts japon, gi daan Lang og smile

    How about you guys? Any plans for summer with your new transformation?

    everytime mag cheat meal ko nganung mo ubos man hinuon akong timbang the next day? I weigh my self everyday aron mas dali ma monitor..

    good news this morning. 3lbs na akong na lose since last week. Naay biggest loser challenge sa office then nag join ko (no choice kay gi force sa manager hahaha!) Official weigh in was last week. Mine was April 8, and today april 15 exactly 1 week, 3lbs na akong na lose wooh! Perting lipaya nako kay abi nakog makabayad kog penalty. P100 for those who will gain or have the same weight. The good thing is noticeable cya kay 3 ka officemates jud nag ingon na nigamay nako. Way to go! If i keep it this way, I'll get my target weight in 2 months time.
