My rating on this resort:

Booking: 7/10 - No clear instructions, Over all, its a hassle.
Location: 10/10 - So near yet so far. Nice view overlooking the city.
Facilities: 7/10 - The resort is not well maintained.
Detailed rating of facilities
Pool - 9/10 - No Depth Markings. Sobra ka isog ang chlorine.
CR/Shower Room sa pool - 7/10 - Guba ang door sa nag iisang door na usable. Not well cleaned pa jud.
Porch - 9/10 - Nice area.
Party Area - 7/10 - Furniture not well maintained.
House - 7/10 - Daghan kaayo sulom(black ants). House is infested.
Rooms - 7/10 Non Aircon room kay guba ang screen so dli pwede ablihan ang window kay daghan lamok. No curtains available sad. Note that this room is only good for a few people kay R type double deck ra naa.
8/10 Aircon Room, Naa lagi aircon, but naa buslot sa kilid mao dli jud mubugnaw ug klaro ang room, dayon wala kurtina mao init kaayo. Wala sad privacy. 2 beds pa jud ang naa dri so dli siya good enough pag party mo.
Appliances - 7/10 - Ref, louy kaayo ang ref kay ka gubaon na ang hitsora
8/10 - Stove - 1 burner ra.
7/10 - TV - CRT pa ni siya and wla signal.
CRs inside the house - 7/10 - Clogged and not well maintained.

Ambiance - 9/10 - Nindot jud ang lugar, if only the resort was well maintained.

Overall score: 7/10, The place is nice except for the reality that it is not well maintained.

Will I go back? Yes, if ma well maintained siya. Else, will choose another resort for now.

Yes, Naa pa, but the place is not well maintained sir.(we where there within the month) Overall the experience was bad. But if you want to try it. you can call this number..3466503
