Allday@ NO disrespect, These rules are for the entire teams not only for your team. Even our team sa Istorya C and E is having problems fitting with the new rules and were even part of the committee. But its okay with me because its for the best sa entire league. Remember, You want to get respect with all the committees right? Then start attending the meetings but don't expect everything will be okay with what you want. Remember ang majority sa committee nag decide kani dili ra si salot.

Start by attending the meeting this saturday. Tngli naai chance ma reverse ang ruling.

You want respect sa tanan committee then please attend the meeting this saturday. After this, I'm sure everything will work out fine.

yeah i think ill be there. im not expecting na matuman unsa ang among gusto. i just want to be heard and i just want na ang rules, makatarungan para sa tanan. di ko ganahan na naay maligsan. dapat paminawon sa una ang plight sa tanan before mag-impelement ug bag-o na rules. we all want this league to be better but there are lots of things that can be improved and the having this new height limit is not one of them. the old height limit worked out fine for the last three conferences biya. and regarding your team, last conference lang biya mo naporma, unlike amoa na pila na katuig naa. imagine having to tell a teammate, "uy dili na ka part sa team kay wala ka masaigo sa limit." imagine having to say that not just to a teammate but a friend who you have known for years? di ba kaha sakit na?

Remember, that you cannot make everyone happy. Let them understand kung amigo jud ba sya nimu or dili. Its the same with every team here. Let your whole team decide not you alone.

wala may bag-ong item sa rules siguro nga sige ninyog reklamo gawas sa "height limit" which is gitubag na sa committee nga e discuss ug maayo karong sabado. nganong dili man jud mo kahuwat karong sabado para makapabuhagay jud mo pag ayo sa inyong gibati?

mangutana lang ko: inig discuss ninyo sa mga rules sa CESAFI, ipaagi ba ninyo ug text text o post post sa forum? hatagi kuno ko sa link sa forum kung asa ninyo gi discuss ang rules and regulations? e apil ang final desisyon sa kung unsay na come up nga solusyon. di ba sa "meeting" man na ninyo e discuss unya mohatag na lang mo ug minutes sa kung kinsa interesado mobasa? unsa mang ligaha nga sa forum ipaagi ang mga reklamo sa mga team owners/managers/players unya anha sad desisyonan sa committee? hatagi ko ug link palihug aron naa tay basehan.

wala ni nagdawat ug sweldo ang committee. ang entrance fee nga gibayad kada team kay para bayad ra sa ref, venue ug mga gamit sa league. tabang ra ni nila para molambo atong liga.

kung unsay ma desisyonan nila inig human sa meeting karong Sabado, atong respetaran.

besides, naa naman untay chance ang tanan IBC members sa pag attend atong meeting pag Feb 21 sa Mammut Grill kung kanus-a sila nag discuss aning bag-ong rules. pangitag paagi nga maka-attend mo karong Sabado para mahusay na ni nga issue. kabalo ko nga busy ang tanan kay naa man tay lain laing personal schedules pero dili sad pwede nga magsige ug huwat ang committee kung kanus-a mo ka attend sa meeting.

We better set for a meeting this coming Saturday to clear up everything for our next conference....

anytime naay meeting nga ipahigayon ang committee, palihug sad mo ug attend kay limitado ang atong oras. lisod kaayo nga makahimo na ug rules then ang katong wala mo attend mao diay daghang wala uyoni sa rules. magsige na lang tag discuss sa rules ani instead nga magsugod na sa atong liga.

Yep apil japon mi sa liga bro nag major rebump ko sa lineup namu para pud samot mi malingaw sa dula.. hehehe then i made sure na istoryans ang tanan.. mu pass mi sa profiles sa lineup namu nig friday puhon.. then dili lang sa mi ka attend sa session ds weekend kay naa mi conference atenan gud.. but we'll definitely join you guyz next week.. thanks and more power..
