ask lang ko if how many minutes away ni siya sa cebu city proper? Are there any deisgn restrictions in constructing the house? When is the subdivision ready for house constructions (electricities, water system and telephone)? Hope you can reply coz I am interested. I am coming to Cebu in June.
more or less 30 min sir, if we'll use the new Cansaga Bridge in Consolacion. It connects Tayud Consolacion and Paknaan Mandaue. Plus dili pa jud dense ang traffic sa high-way. As for the restrictions, the developer is very lenient. As long as the construction is durable; it is advised na cemented, ok ra jud kaayo. The development is still on going, but some part of the subdivision, mostly near the entrance gate, can be turned over na coz there are buyers na naka-full na sa payment.. Since the subdivision is a big development, dili ang whole ma-ready for construction dayon. Area-area ang pag-turn-over. Also, the buyer can build an infrastructure once he is fully paid sa whole total contract price.
