dali ra ang 3p.... sayun ra ang support...cge kog ka top gud pero mka wala sa gana...hmmmm di nlng ko mg tell nganu ky after 3 1/2 yrs plan nko resign.... i miss my old accnt....3p ky pare pareho ra jud sa sprint... ako sis naa mn sa sprint....preho ra billing system.... pospaid lng sila mao nay lamang nila... pero sa queue murag mao mao ra....

dont be happy if its taas inyong avail because in the long run its bad for the company and the employee. long avail means no volume or overstaff, which means, the company has less to earn and more to spend.
if you are a per minute account, be happy if its queueing. if your per head, absenteeism matters more than in a per minute account.
