Kindly take note that suspension and conviction are two different things. You may be suspended because investigation is on-going. Conviction on the other hand is the guilt been proven beyond reasonable doubt. Since wala pa may conviction, mao na dili pa gyud siya ka conclude na naa gyuy kus-kus-balungus..
