    hinay2 lang kog balik exercise after i was diagnosed with pneumonia pero i have always been asthmatic man pud, mo tukar jud ni ug summer kay tungod sa kainit sa panahon but i will continue with my weight loss goals infact i dont feel like im dieting, its my ideal meal everyday na, naanad naman ko. its just the first few weeks ang struggle pero once maanad naka, normal na lang. sa morning, fruits and oatmeal ra jud ko, butangan nakog pure cocoa ug mascuvado sugar which is healthy, then pulos na steamed nga isda or sinugba or lechon nga manok akong lunch, whole wheat bread, kamote pero ug manglaag mi sa kids, mokaon man gihapon kog fast food pero limited lang kaau. di najud kau ko mokaon ug white rice, mokaon man gani half cup or less na lang. hoping to lose 5 more kg this month

    Wanna share a nugget of inspiration for all of us here...

    Yesterday I was at the mall fitting into some shirts
    for an event, instantly I got myself a large size coz
    of my frame. Noticed it was already quite loose on
    me. Then my friend gave me a Medium size to try
    it on... I was hesitant at first coz I never wore any
    smaller size than Large...

    Surprisingly, it fit me!

    From a XXL user last August 2013, now a Medium-size user

    wlay support group for people bulking / gaining weight? =(
    dpat and title sa thread "support group for people who want to get FIT in 2014" para universal kau ug mgapil sa tanan. i feel so OP!

    gym start date : Feb 6
    weight on Feb 6 : 160 lbs
    body fat : 33 - 35%

    date : april 2
    weight : 165 lbs [ started bulking 4 weeks ago ]
    body fat: 20 - 22%


    just because you gain weight doesn't mean you're getting fatter. just because you lose weight doesn't mean you're getting fit.

    the first thing i learned. unya dugay kau xa ng suod sa akng ulo. hence i only started bulking 4 weeks ago

    yehey... today is my last day of 10days detox - pagka 7days ni try ko ug weigh in - i loss 2kgs.... hopefully tomorrow when i weigh in it will add more... wla man gud nako na religiously followed ang recipe supposedly no food at all - only juice & raw vege & fruits... pagka 3days up to last night i was able to eat fish but no rice jud ko... unya because im working & i have a twin infant to be taken cared of during the night - mao na from day 3 up to yesterday i've been eating 2boiled eggs & 4 small camote during the day ky hadlok ko mocollapse if i will only take the juice & water the whole day.... but losing 2kgs. is quite an achievement for me ky when it comes to food medyo hirap ko to control...

    mehehe, ako pud share sa akong kalipay. nag limpyo ko sa akong closet kagahapon nya naukayan nako akong size 32 nga skinny jean for men, ako gi suwayan meheheh masirado na nako ang buttonnes meheheheheheheh.

    kuan diay diba 71 kgs ko ato pag sugod nakog post diri, nag timbang ko gahapon 67 kgs na, post nya ko inig 15th sa picture sa scale heheheh.

    ganahan kaayo ko sa ako gibuhat karon kay im eating 6-7 times a day so dili jud ko irritable tungod sa kagutom
    naa rasad ko sa balay mag tread mill ug mag iron pumping so dili na hasol adto2x ug gym.


    kuan sad, mas taas na akong stamina and endurance during tooooooooot and im talking about lasting 3-4x longer than before. mehehehehe.

    basta nalipay jud ko sa ako decision nga mag home exercise, maynta ma inspire sad ni ang mga taw dri sa amo kay ako nlng tawn ang below 70kg diri, sila tanan mga jumbo
