Farfalle Primavera

prepare lots and lots of strips of green,red, and yellow bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, and onions, drizzle over extra virgin olive oil just to coat the vegetables nice and shiny; season with salt (i prefer kosher) and freshly ground black pepper to taste; sprinkle over herbes de provence(you could find one in gustavian, this makes all the difference) just enough to be evenly distributed among the vegetables and roast them, either in the oven, sa turbo, or just sa pan and covered over a low fire until soft and the aromas come out and knang mubrown na cya. then set aside. drain the farfalle and in another pan, mix the vegetables and the pasta adding EVOO as you go again to one's taste, scoop in some of the pasta cooking liquid to further moisten the dish. once you think they're done, take the pan off the fire and add halves of cherry tomatoes and grate some parmesan or pecorino (i prefer this for this dish) until satisfied, just taste as you go. or you could also put parmesan and pecorino.
its so simple you won't believe how delicious it will be.
have you tried sisig pasta? very yummy..easy to cook..goes well with margarita
