hi modz, mao sab na ako pangutana. how will a newbie become a junior member? i've been an istoryan for more than a year na. i don't quote or post threads much but have been viewing and replying topics from any topics that i find interesting. so paying for a membership is not practically applicable to me. anyways, istorya.net proved to be useful to me. around late 2005 or mga early 2006, i sold my personal car thru istorya in less than 2 weeks! local newspapers took me forever & u have to pay pa. lately, i forgot my old password so i just changed to a new one. i am planning to sell my used car spoiler kc. then 1 thing i found is the new format and there is no more icon for "post new topic" for buy&sell. why is that? is this the new guideline for forums for a newbie like me? i was kinda feeling discriminated. please can somebody shed some light? tnx

i'm sure daghan pud newbies dha dat feels d same way i am. i suggest instead of alienating newbies that way, why not splitting the buy/sell thread into 2: personal buy/sell, and, business buy/sell, or something like dat. i'm sure that getting funding for istorya doesn't rely on paid membership but mainly also thru sponsorship from companies that want to promote their products or services. just because there are shady characters or illegal transactions or scammers that went thru istorya undetected or taken advantage of istorya, i think it doesn't justify taking off the services from newbies or changing kung unsay naandan since the start. we can work around it in another way cguro. in my opinion, having this paid membership idea is a good thing but hinay-hinay lng cguro ta so dat it won't leave a bad taste in the mouth. i'm just sharing my thoughts...

I agree with Giddyboy.I used to have the highest hits in te Buy & Sell forum sa Collectibles Hibbies section.Unfortunately inspite of the no. of hits reaching more than a thousand my status was still a newbie.I didn`t mind the error until the new rule was applied thus I had to let go of my thread because I couldn`t post anything.I hope you can check on my status and tell me the proper action to be taken to resume posting.Thanks.
