    Hay naku hantud d ay dri...i used to work there, from the 2nd Gen of 2006. I was there for a year.

    Most of whats written here are tru. Exag lng gmay ng ma delay ang sweldo, ky 1 day raman. ambot lang kha sa uban gen ha...prioritized man mi, in a way.

    Pero pangit jud ang management diha. Himuon kag murag robot. Mas bright pakas mga sup, mas maayo pa jud ka maninglis sa mga QA. Kun dili ka duols luwag, di jud ka mu asenso. Kontra kas mngnt, bisan unsa-on, babagan jud ka.

    This is a company thats not pro-employee. They dont care.

    The list goes on and on...dili na lang ko ky mag nightmares na pud ko hehehe

    But if u wanna try, just for the heck of it or if begginer pa ka sa call center world, tis a good steppin stone. Dali raman kaha maka sulod karon, anyways its scripted.

    ahm.. i do get the fact that there are issues present in every call center or company..

    so.. i guess before naa jud issues.. how about now? any improvements? or basin ni-worse?
