Guys just want to share my experience in a private corporate world in more than 20 yrs. I used to interview a lot of applicants for medical representatives and my frustrations usually are on the interview portions. It breaks my heart that a lot of them are poor in English and have difficulties in expressing themselves. Sa first question pa lang I know they are not qualified and the skills we are looking for does not match. I hope you take note on this.
