haha.. ok ra na wala ka workout 1 day, supposed to be recovery week bya unta nimo, bawi lang nya pag may time.
in a way mas killer cya kai physical and mental ang battle sa asylum.. not to mention naa pa moves na kelangan feet-eye-body coordination, etc... mas complex ug lisod lang ang moves sa asylum, but not as fas-paced and as long as INSANITY, pero ang nakaparat kai desyerto ang gawas sa whole workout kai walay uso ang water break, nihit ra ka tagaan ug water break ni shaun T sa mga regular exercises, gameday ug strength ra ka naa daghan waterbreaks.

my DIY agility ladder credits to bro fridzter sa measurements.. nalain ang color sa isa ka stick kay nahurot ang black electrical tape.. haha..
nangatol ko sa day 1 asylum so nagstart ko ron.. 2 days ko walay workout from graduating insanity.. btw, nabantayan lang nako,
wala lage ko nagsingot og maayo sa speed&agility compared to max interval plyo and max interval circuit? mao ni siyay least toughest workout? or wala lang ko nag dig deep gyud? I have done all workouts but not as fast as those who are in the program.. paspas ra sila kaayo especially the agility bear crawl..
dili man gd siya cardio based compred sa insanity. deep muscles iya gna target. murag pang sculp na siya.
ang game day nuon, warm up pa lang mura na ga half sprint
