A drainage system is currently being constructed to address the problem. Since it's an open air facility, incidents due to fortuitous events such as rain are unavoidable but what's important is that proper action is being implemented.

Have you been to Paseo on a weekday/school night? I wouldn't be quick to say that Paseo only caters to students. And fyi, Paseo is being marketed not only as a food and entertainment destination but as Cebu's First Night Market as well where people of all ages and tastes can go shopping from 2 p.m. - 12 mn daily.

Yeah you are right but how can you cater to your target market if you don't have enough facility to provide them. Parking is horrible. Good thing you are working on it na but make it fast. Alimuot kaayo.. Ok ra sa may mga bar but sa night market, mag tulo gyud imong singot.

Again, please don't be quick to assume Paseo is not providing sufficient facilities to cater to the customers. If you've been going to Paseo since it opened, then surely you'll notice the actions that have been implemented and not just to address parking and humidity. Everything is a work in progress. Re: humidity, since the opening of the Night Market, four Tundra cooling systems have been installed. It just so happens we live in a tropical country. Regardless, Paseo management is continually finding ways to alleviate this.

Also, the original concept of the Paseo Night Market is to pattern it after seasonal bazaars in Cebu as well as the famous Night Markets in other Asian countries. A Night Market concept is one that is typically and traditionally open air.
