^^ What is disturbing is that the administration and 'their' media seem to be conditioning the minds of the 'common tao' into believing their way is the right way. So, with an acquittal, they can probably mobilize an 'occupy the SC' thing. Ang problema, pulos taga manila ra ang manglihok. What about us in Cebu? Will their movement be representative of the sentiments of the people outside of Manila?

^^^ such probable event begs the question, what are the real sentiments of cebuanos on these issues? At istorya.net, the discussions have been rational except for a few who throw in some non sequitur or resort name calling like the ones I often see in the comments sections of national dailies (klaro kaayo pulos taga manila kay tinagalog ang comments kasagaran). The pattern (at istoya.net threads) does show that plenty find the president wanting in competence. That being said, what happens if the people of Manila start another 'people power' to oust the CJ if he gets acquitted? Acquitted not because he is not guilty, but because of the 'weak' case of the congressmen/prosecutors? I wonder...

Reasons why this is political?

1.) Impeachment is a constitutional process but if ordered by the president then its political
2.) Complainants - President and allies..
3.) Voting is numbers game

so therefore justice is denied and this is technically incorrect and i predict acquital!

...yeah,it's true that there are pinoys nga diskontento with Pres. aquino performance,but the surveys shows,majority of filipino still trust Pres. aquino...It's so sad that former Pres. loyalist,bisan unsa nalang nga imagination and hallucination namugna sa huna-huna.and i saw it in other forum,nga wala na ma-depensa sa ila idol,moingon nalang,..."CHEATING THE ELECTIONS. That's the biggest case PGMA is facing right now. But if ever she'll be found guilty, what then ? Should they proclaim FPJ as the true president? he's freaking dead."
