I got a contract but I don't know if I'm hire already. 1.) How can I know I'm officially hired? 2.) If I got a contract and supposed I'm officially hire, does it reflect on my work history immediately saying job in progress? 3.) The job I got is a fixed rate, do I need to start my time on the team room?

Nice ta ang odesk pero dugay kaau ka mka receive sa imong pay.
Strict pa kaau sila, kuti pa jud.
Maypa katong newly forum for freelance. No need to bid, dali rakaau mka kuha ug project, wla pa competentia.Ma abot daun ang pay once u have submit the output.

^^^ for me, okay ra ang turn around time sa pag approve sa money since i'm working regularly with the contractor. i normally withdrew my money every 15th of the month. naa pay pundo mahabilin coz of the current week i've worked on.
