I was considering if these confirmed cases of the H1N1 virus will force the concerned agencies to suspend the start of classes. However, I'd like to think they are prepared enough, with all the alerts and announcements, as well as the preparation of the DOH with regard to the medicines which should be stored in case the need arises, we can fight the virus.
Before we over react, we should just know what to do in these circumstances. Surely, it would be unnecessary to panic all the way just because we have ten cases of the virus in the country. We should not let our own fear give us more problems. We just have to be alert, as always.
sus, nalupigan na jud ni nga issue sa scandal ni Hayden.. =|
i always think this issue is a bit of a hype. the figures keep on rising, but how about those who hav recovered?

h1n1 scare gepadako nila but sis and bros. dengue is more fatal. as of april this year to present there are 87 deaths already. h1n1 wala pa namatay!
i have read that only the mild type of swine flu has reached the Philippines and the seasonal influenza is more deadlier... and to think we Filipinos dont put too much fuzz if we get the ordinary flu.. some if dili lang tapolan ha? mu work and school ra gani...
You are correct! Indeed there are two confirmed cases in Cebu, but local news says that both are recovering.
I'll just echo what many of you are saying: The DOH said we should be more afraid of dengue than of swine flu.
