thanks bro but when i checked it, not compatible with my P1i kasi wala sya sa list.

anyone who has an idea pila pa repair ani? my fon is not totally busted man b4, yung batt na ni burot tapos yun na d na sya ma ON though i bought a new batt na. if anyone knows here how much pa ayu or pa check sa ako fon, ur input is highly appreciated. thanks.

Kung miburot ang battery nimo, it's either shorted ang board sa phone or miagi siya pag overcharge...
Usually a part of the board called "PA" is most likely the culprit. Consult a service center.

yes bro, guilty ko anang over charging... i guess na apektuhan na jud board sako fon kay though new na ang batt d japon mo ON. i tried charging my new batt for 10 hours, still dili mo ON. wala sab ko ka try lain na batt from other P1i isaksak sako fon, or gi try akong new batt sa ilang P1i.

how about i reset nko akong fon? is it advisable? i will take my new batt out sa fon and check the manual on how to reset the fon...

The best thing to do is have your phone detected with a special gadget to see if it can still be reprogrammable. Resetting seldom resolves dead phones if "Hard Reset" is not supported.

resetting of NO POWER PHONES is impossible, since you cannot access the menu. the right thing you have to do is use especial gadget for that unit as said by APOLLO (he is also technician)
