@ares623: ana gud na bro.. if human nimo lift gutom gud.. actually it's the perfect time to stock on protein.. losing man pud ko but ang akong strat is... bring out the muscles man.. lolx..
i don't know kung lifting weights maka lose weight jud ka. pero there is a disadvantage. what if mo undang mo og workout? mo tambok man ka gyud. ang imong muscles ko convert og fats. mao na akong kahadlukan. hehe![]()

kung ingon cla tubigon ka, then you shud limit your sodium intake. tanan parat, trimi lang. labi na kanang mga pagkaon nga naa vitsin. pag-cardio nalang oi, try jogging/swimming.
@angelo, its too early for you to see results just yet, 2weeks pa lang gud.. you should be into this long term.. its so cliche pero its true jud na slowly but surely.. make sure you're having fun doing what you do pud para di ka kaayo pressured in losing al lthat weight so soon, kay u'll end up failing.. hinay-hinay lang bro![]()
@bycane: slow and sure, sakto pero in the scale there should be a result.. mga 1 or 2 lbs.. pero sa mirror dili pa kaayo ma kitan unya2x pa na... hehehe..
yeah. ako kay i loose mga 2 lbs a week...
