Hope they can start Zubac and try to give him playing time, like the Suns did for Marquese Chriss!

Di musugot ang management ana hehehe. Unsaon nalang si Timofey "MR. $64 million" Mozgov.

hahahha a head scratching move gyud. Its not like there was a bidding war for Mozgov.

They could've gotten him for much cheaper.

it would be nice if ingram had a triple double and be the youngest player ever to have a triple double surpassing lebron in his court hehehe but nevertheless a good game for the kid and nick young too! even tho we lost, it was against the defending champs and we fought!

You need to read the current Collective Bargaining Agreement to understand the move.

Under the league's CBA, each team have a minimum spending limit. Prior to this season, your team had only invested $23 million on guaranteed player contracts and would need to spend $63 million to meet the league's minimum spending on the cap.

Oh I think I understand the current Collective Bargaining Agreement just fine. I know that the minimum team salary is set at 90% of the Salary Cap which is $84.729 million for the 2016-17 season.

I also know they have to reach that amount or they have to pay the difference to the NBA but, in my opinion, it doesnt justify Timofey Mozgov's contract. A guaranteed $64 million for 4 years is too much for a glorified back up center.
