Large companies with large enterprise network always have separate Support Team for Servers and Network. Projects and Tasks for both are dealt separately but they always work together to solve problems and finish projects for the entire IT division and for the success and growth of the organization in collaboration with clients.
Lisud sd kung imo trabaho both server and network nya usa ra imo sweldo. Although makat on jud ka pero ang scope sa imo work and responsibilities ing ana ka dako nya imo sweldo kay usa ra.. it's not really worth it. So when you work with large companies as a tech engineer your interest will just focus on one area - servers, network, PBX voice, service desk, IT security, etc..
