lets just say... the lakers in the past few years have always tried to swing for the fences, and went for the biggest star in the free agency... but this year, the lakers were not attempting to do that, instead looking for pieces that fits the puzzle.

with regards to the money the intend to pay mozgov, its probably due to the market this year... imagine, evan turner got 70 million in 4 years... that guy is just a big time bust.
