ok ra gyud ko sign nila ug balik si pau gasol. i think he is willing to come back to the lakers. ok ra ko kuhaon nila si evans, pero dapat dili molapas ug 10million. dapat mga mid level lang. si batum unta dapat dagaan nila ug max.

I fear that he will just be Roy Hibbert 2.0.

Dako.a na ug kausaban sa panahon oi. Kaniadto ang mga free agents mag linya para mu duwa sa LA.

Karon halos di na tagdon ang Lakers. The lure and luster of being an LA Laker is definitely gone.

$64 mil/4 yrs for the 2016 Champions top cheerleader is just too much.

Is Jim Buss trying to sabotage the team before he gets the boot

kung kahinumdom ka sa last nga big time free agent nga na acquire sa lakers... si shaq... and the lakers were a good playoff team during that time. big name free agents want to have at least a chance to contend for the championship. i don't think that times have change. its just that the lakers are not in the position to contend.... so big name free agents don't want to come to the lakers.

another factor could also be the CBA... lakers used to just outspent every team in the league.

Update: lakers have agreed to retain jordan clarkson for 4 years, 50 million.

Another big factor is the Lakers mediocre to borderline incompetent management. They just dont know how to woo or recruit top tier talent. Remember Aldridge last year? and all the off court BS they were trying to sell him instead of focusing on basketball.

I cant believe JC is making less than Mozgov. I mean, did the Lakers even try to negotiate Mozgov's contract? LOL

para nako dili to incompetence bro... wala lang sila naka-anticipate kung unsa ang naa sa hunahuna ni aldridge. they were selling the city and other opportunities, pero ang gusto ni aldridge is ang basketball. i thought kung natarong palang to ug present, basin lakers na unta si aldridge.

regarding JC and mozgov's salary, i think tungod na sa scarcity sa big men. scarce ang big men sa league, mao nang mas dako ang iyang contract. but i'm still hoping naay team option after 2nd year sa contract ni mozgov. hehehe!

Lets agree to disagree then. hehehehe.

I still think $16 million/year for the 2016 Champs top cheerleader is too much.

I guess they have to meet the salary cap floor by signing players or they pay out the difference up to the salary cap floor to the players on the team.

actually i also agree nga overpaid ra si mozgov... i think he should be paid around 8 million max per year. i was giving the rationale why centers are paid more than guards... a starting center in the NBA is paid around 15 to 17 million per year, i did not say nga mozgov is starting center, and i've been saying earlier nga overpaid ra siya.
