So far the MOST BEAUTIFUL MALL anywhere in the country. Naninuod jud ang SM sa ilang giingon nga MABADUY JUD ANG AYALA ANI. And that Cebu Business Park and Asiatown IT Park will be overshadowed by the developments in the South Road Properties. Also to watch out is ang Il Corso development sa Filinvest in their Citta di Mare Project.

Cebu is gearing up for worldwide competition with resort cities around the region. Di na tayo pang Pilipinas na standard pre! Ayala has really set the standard for the design of the malls in Cebu. Reputed na ta nga hard to please people but this project was really a wow! And this is the first SM MALL that is circular in shape and has well manicured gardens similar to those oft he Ayala malls. It is the SIZE of SM and the AEUSTHETICS of the AYALA BRAND in one. I just love it! This will also be one of the yop 10 largest malls in the world once finished. The central tower would also be ICONIC. Weeh! Lahi najud ang SRP in the future.
