    leme tell this things to those in the TOP management... Vacation and SIck leaves are benefits.. not a privilege. If your employee while file a sick leave, it doesnt really necessary mean that HE/SHE is really sick. For me, availing the sick leave is not limited to that aspect... Maybe, employees got sick and tired of the people around him/her. Maski mo file pa ug sick leave ang employee, tapos makit-an ninyu sya sa MALL nag soroy sory "OKAY RANA".. dili kinahanglan nga NASAKIT dyud ang inyung empleyado... maybe that person ganahan lang sya to unwind his/herself para malimot sa ka pressure sa work...Vacation leave... pwede rapud ma avail kung ganahan mo bakasyun ang employee maski unsa nga rason.. coz.. right man gud na..

    Other thing, naka try ko file ug vacation leave and that was 2months before my wedding anniversary, and.. guys.. guess what happened? less than a week before sa anniversary namo sa akong wife... my TL told me nga "DILI daw Pwede" kay daghan na daw ni leave ana nga date.. HAHHAHAHA.. and TAKE NOTE "I followed it up several times, making sure nga ma approve dyud..."

    Sa akoa lang opinion, except sa mga good TLs and OMS.. mostly sa mga naa sa position gyud, THEY DONT HAVE MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND, they simply got that position coz dugay na sila as an agent or doul sila sa LUWAG. Kaning wlay MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND... mao ni sila kasagaran "DILI KAMAO MO HANDLE UG TAO". come on guys, pasalamat sad mo sa mga AGENTS oi... dli ninyu angay e pressure all the time.. If the agent will file a LEAVE of ABSENCE make sure pud oi nga mahatagan sya ana. Hhaha.. maka kuha gani ug CSAT tagaan rapud ug candy.. ka bad pud... maski ingnon nalang nga "Congrats! job well done".. okay na na.. ma recognize lang iyang achievement.. Ayaw pud mo anang maka DSAT gani.. "tudong KASABA".. maka CSAT gani "wla lang".. hahahaha...

    Personally, I dont really hate those people in the higher position... i just dont like their attitudes.. the way they handle the agents...

    Take note of this.... "kasagaran raba ana nila.. walay "MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND"...
    The Good thing .. I resigned... hahha.. so, to all agents in teletech.. labi na sa TSR.. Good luck mga bros and sis...

    haha. mao dyud bro.. medyu okay tong pioneering OM sa TSR (ground floor, dli lang ko mention sa account).. okay rato sila.. then, gi pulihan ug OM nga (he was a TL before).. mura dli na kaayu ganahan ang mga agents..

    And take note mga bros and sis.. ang OM mo deretso ug kasaba sa agent dha mismo sa floor... without considering nga ang agent naa pud TL... dapat mo agi pud ang OM ug TL.. para ang TL mo sulti sa agent.. or.. mo ingon ba kaha ang OM nga pa adto`on ang agent sa iyang opisina through agent's TL... Dili kay deretso ra kasaba! right here and there... malouy pud sya sa AGENT oi.. ma walaan man sad ug gana ana... bad bad bad..

    unsa man jud ni ka tinuod? daghan ko friends nga naa diha teletech and wala man ko ka dunggog na gi batian sila sa ila trabaho... kining ga reklamo wa ni ganahi sa ila trabaho nga gi sudlan o gusto nila nga ayahay... asa man ka kita tawon og trbaho nga ayahay nya dako og sweldo?

    Brod, wla man ko ni nilalis about anang trabaho nga dako sweldo nga hayahay.. or whatsoever.. and its not about the WORK, its about the PEOPLE.. hehe.. basaha ragud bro.. basin kana imong amigo bro.. bag`o pa na dha.. basin pud dli pa regular.. or.. basin wlay lain kasudlan mao naa lang sya dha.. ako gi mention sa first post nako.. katong about sa akong kaagi dha.. basin kana imong amigo, deadma rana sya.. kay trabaho iya gipangita.. and.. basin pud.. bag`o pa na sya dha.. or.. basin lain napud ang mga nagdala..

(not a BPO/callcenter company) okay raman ang pressure.. basta lang, ang right sa mga employees ila pud e observe...
