hey dude im a little bit confused bout the onboard vcards and the external ones bt anywayz f ur using ur onboard vcard ryt now i think mass kusog pa ang external vcards.. Inno3d FX 5500 and Asus 9550 GE (AGP) r ur current vcards ryt now, did u buy this both already i tot gipit ka sa budget? anywayz Asus(ati) radeon 9550(AGP) is a nice pick.. try pickin on the higher version of ati radeon vcards its cheaper than the inno3d brands nya mas pas2x pud na cla.. nindot sa sad ang inno3d brands like the 8series but mhal man sad nya d au na cla biya ug performance sa ati radeon..

on boot, press F8, then choose to run "BOOT IN VGA MODE"

after windows boots.. go to the display control panel and change your resolution to something standard vga, 800x600 and refresh to something safe like 60hz...



then restart...

when windows runs OK.. you can change your reso and refresh back to normal.

I really think that this is not a software/OS problem. Since even the POST screen is affected.

that card is busted.

the 3d sa card or one of the memory chips sa card is busted. try to have it repaired sa greenvally

Yeah, I think so too. Y_Y There really seems to be something wrong with our power source here at our apartment. I have already one PSU gone busted before. Sparks come out from the outlet when try to plug something in to it, and other weird/strange things that happen which I think has something to do with the stability of the power source in our are. Oh well.

Yea..naa nko ana na mga vcards... problem is, ganahn nko i.upgrade ning usa ka rig nko kay obsolete ni gd (P4 socket 478 cpu, agp4x mobo, those vcards)... so, dli na ko na cla magamit na mga Vcards kay AGP mn gd..

I'm planning to change this rig with an AMD setup probably with Mobo that has GF6100 chipset and PCI-e vcard slot... problem is, kwangan pa ako budget para sa high-end na 8series vcard (8800 GTS, i hope)...

Muo ng.ask ko mga bros..kung parang2x ra bah ang on-board GF6100 kung i.compara nmo sa AGP vcards like Fx5500 og ATI 9550GE... sayangan mn gd ko kung mupalit lng kog 8500GT lng na vcard para lng sa akong ginagmay na online gaming...

game d.i na ako g.play rn kay Silkroad...kaya r kaha ni sa on-board GF6100, mga bros?

Yea..Nvidia ang chipset bro... yea..online games pa rn.. but add rko 8series tingali later for graphics extensive games pareha sa imo g.sulti..FEAR, and maybe Starcraft2 next year.. mao dli pa au ko hot mupalit og vcard..wla p mn requirements para SC2 gd..hehe
