    Man, what a journey.. Finally a graduate of Insanity.. bag-o rako nahuman sa akong last day.. instead of doing fit test, I did a pure cardio.. since wala man sad ko nagtrack sa akong records, nag pure cardio nalang ko.. I Lost a total of 25lbs.. karon murag medyo pahuway sa ko gamay from intense training.. mag jog jog lang sa ko sa treadmill..

    congrats... nindot kaau feeling maka graduate INSANITY sah? sakto ka nga magpangita imong lawas ug HIIT, even to the point nga feeling nimo kaya nimo tanan klase nga workout.
