You know I'm wondering nganu karun lang ni ni gawas na dapat unta mga middle of March pa unta nag in ani para daghan pa time ba.

March 1 pa gud nag send ug letter. Im sure taas2x time na nga mo reklamo ang parents.

I was from an exclusive school sa una. If masuko akong mama nganu gamay akong grado ma entertain man dayun sa maestra ug principal. I'm wondering if naka face to face sila ug sayu this would have been over with before ni abot ang Graduation. Medyu Uwaw na nuon sa both sides whether sa STC or sa Family sa girl.

The invitation letter para sa parents regarding the sanction given to the school is maybe kept for the long time with the girl & later found out with the parents na duol na ang graduation. I don't know the whole story if the girl lies a lot to her parents or not about the letter & bad consequences happened in a short period of time.

well, dili man na ma publish kung walay media tingali. Dili pud na ma publish if wala nisupak sa balaod ang mga students. Parable of the lost sheep yes I agree jud ko ana. But this one isn't about it. Even if it fits in the parable, I would still say that the school is just strict in order to be kind.

NIMANDO ang korte sa Saint Theresa’s College nga papasahon ang tinun-an nga ilang gisilutan nga di makatambong sa ilang graduation exercise karong adlawa tungod sa giingong pag-post nilag law-ay nga mga hulagway sa Facebook.

Nidugang sa pagmando ang korte sa tunghaan nga tahuron ang mga bata ug di pakauwawan samtang ang ipahigayon ang kinatibuk-ang kalihokan sa graduation.

Si Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Wilfredo Na**varro, sa iyang tulo kapahina nga kamanduan nga gipakanaog kagahapon may kalabutan sa gipa*nga*yong temporary restraining order (TRO) sa du*ha ka mga tinun-an sa STC high school department, nagando sa tunghaan nga di ipatuman ang ilang gihatag nga silot ngadto sa mga bata.

Nalatid sa mando ni Navarro nga ang mga bata makaapil sa practice isip pangandam sa ilang graduation, makapaso uban sa iyang mga batchmate karong adlawa, tawgon ang ilang mga ngalan sa listahan isip mga graduate ug makadawat sa ilang diploma ibabaw sa stage.

“The respondents are further ordered to treat the minors concerned with kindness and civility befitting true graduates of a respectable institution sans any discrimination for the entire duration of the commencement exercises,” nagkanayon ang mando sa korte.

Ang korte nitumbok nga ang pagpangasaba sa mga bata “may have indeed traumatized them and the aberration resulting from such harrowing experience may even haunt them for the rest of their lives.”

Nitataw pa kini nga ang di pagpaapil kanila sa graduation di makatabang kanila aron maka-recover sa “psychologically and emotionally devastating experience”.

“And to do this to them would indeed be most un-Christian if not entirely inhuman. The respondents ought to help them in their moral recovery and healing instead of driving them through the road to perdition. For is this not what Christ had taught us, in the firsplace?”, saysay sa korte.

Gawas niini, nipadayag ang korte nga ang mga tinun-an wa makatilaw sa due process diin pahibaw-on sila sa unsay ilang sala ug paminawon ang ilang depensa.

Nidugang kini sa pagtumbok nga ang tunghaan mismo wa motuman sa unsay nalatid sa ilang student’s handbook busa daw sa nayatakan ang ilang katungod diin klaro ning nalatid sa Batakang Balaod ug RA 7610.

Balili said if the court rules in favor of the petitioners, they will comply with the decision and allow the students to join the graduation ceremony on Friday.

“Well, if the petition is granted we have no choice but to follow, we are law-biding citizens. St. Theresa produces law-abiding citizens,” he said.

let me just state that what the father is doing is letting her daughter experience those things nga kabaw siya og wala magtago tago. i can see his point. ako before is kasab-an man sad ko sa akong uncle before when i was in elementary , graduating na ko ato and i was already introduced to drinking and smoking by my friends ,tago tago to siya kay mahibaw an nya sa akong papa. then akong uncle medyo nakabaw na nag inom inom ko sa gawas, iya ko giignan while nag inom to sila sa balay sa akong Lolo na dali diri,pakit-a ko nga moinom ka ,maayo nang kita ko nimo nga kuyog namo kaysa makita tika sa gawas nga bag inom inom nga lain imong kuyog.. i hope everybody understood unsa akong point sa pag sugot sa daddy sa Girl na iya to buhat .because maybe di siya gusto na sa tago-tago sad motilaw ang iyang anak ana na vices. sakto man sad,its part of growing up, iya ra gipa experience ang iya anak and let her decide for herself later on.. just my own piece of mind though.
