of course erap! lets be intelligent...erap has no leadership principles...gigamit ra man na cya sa mga crony nya....especially those taipans...he siphoned the country's resources without looking wat was ahead for him at that time. wat we call is kanang binogo nga style....and its a fact erap is not really fit to be a leader.
gloria has the finesse in leadership. Look at what happed to the current political crisis, she survived though not necessarily in stride pero she is now on top of the situation. Maybe its time we will now support her. although it may not be the ideal or perfect government, but its effectiveness lies in us people. If we continue to be a burden to the government, like what the opposition does (all the minute details of proposed projects and reform agenda could be a big controversy for them), finding loopholes of all officials, how can we move on? Like what Jaime Licauco said, are we Filipinos reaally sadomasochistic in nature? It seems pleasurable for us if we see other people caught in distress, dragging them into scandals, the limelight and exposure they attain in defending issues. With the media frenzy into the issue, media spread these nauseous attitude because of the ratings they got. As simple as this, if you find yourself pleasurable in hearing bad news everyday like purely politics or issue mongering and u are now irritated if good news is tackled up in the news.... certainly u r a sadomasochist. If this thinking persist in our minds individually, how can we expect ourselves to be part of a supporting mechanisms on a national level? Look at Singapore, wen Prime Minister Lee delivered his National Day speech a month ago, all you can here in his address are their masterplan how would singapore be in 2015, citations of their citizens' achievements and government projects for all Singaporeans. When i switched the channel to ANC, all you can hear are jueteng issues, impeachment so and so, calls for resignation, rallies against the president. Kinsa bai dli mkasuka ana?
If we continue to have this kind of attitude, basin kinsa pang leader ibutang sa malacanang, same same ra gihapon ang mahitabo. To dig into deep, this not really an issue of who the leader should be but Are filipino's mindset on the right track when it comes to political maturity?
