Thai heartthrob Mario Maurer is coming to Manila soon!
Popular Thai model-actor Mario Maurer will soon visit his fans in the Philippines and at the same time do some modeling work for local apparel brand Penshoppe.
This was revealed by PR Asia Worldwide Communications director Joyce Ramirez who confirmed the news via Twitter saying that Maurer already inked a deal with the agency.
Ramirez, however, denied the rumor that the 22-year-old Thai actor will also be doing a project with Kapuso primetime queen Marian Rivera.
Maurer became popular in the country when his first film “The Love of Siam” (2007) was shown during the Cinemanila Film Festival. As a matter of fact, He won Best Actor in the Southeast Asia division of the said event.
He gained a gazillion more Pinoy fans when his other movie, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” was aired on ABS-CBN. The said movie topped the daytime TV ratings nationwide.
