I love Malls. I just find the SM branch in lacion "bitin" they should have put the mall in the middle of North Cebu like Danao.

I don't think the demographics would support such a move. SM are following the wealth . Aboitizland and Ayala already invested in the Consolacion / Liloan area, Fooda expanded their operation and the North Coastal road appeared. This area is within commute distance for city professionals and business owners. Conditions were right so it happened.
