    bitaw we have to take of our bodies to develop a strong resitance against this. to do that:

    1. kaon ug tarong. kalimti sa diet diet. heheh. personally i noticed nga kung mag pa alkanse kog kaon dali ra ko mataptan ug sinusitis or sipon.

    2. do regular exercises. anything that can strengthen your body.

    3. have enough sleep. ayaw na sigeg gimik kay adto ra ba gyud na nimo makuha sa mga closed and crowded places like bars and discos.

    4. undang na pod bisyo like inom or drugs.

    5. lastly, pray nga dili ni mahimong pandemic.

    may God help us all.
