Hi, plano nako mu apply dre, unsay process sa interview og naa bay exam about IT and strick ba ang 1and1 sa previous employment kung awol ka? Thanks.

unsa man mga question ninyo ani na company? ako tubagon .. hahahaha bag.o ra ko ni resign diri.. 6 years ko nag work diri 1and1 and i never regret it... payter na company !

1. Unsa ang shift schedule nila for tech support? (Coz kinahanglan pa nako hatod ako kids sa school pag buntag, basin conflict nya sa oras)

2. Is it fixed off and unsa na day (coz hoping ko ani boss na maka spens time sad ko sa kids nako sa off ko.)

3. Average number of calls per shift? (Para kabalo lang ta kung stressful ba.)

1. Rotation ang sked naai morning naai evening. earliest in is 7am while latest in ky 11pm.
2. RD is rotation sad, naai sked nah weekday emung RD ug naai sai weekend.
2* naa silay PNS (permanent Night Shift) fixed RD sat-sun, pero limited slots.
3. Voice and email and support dre, naai times nga 30-40 calls emung m.buhat was usa ka-shift.
NOTE: TSR's dre ky m.tubag sad ug billing questions.
