Mga RN diha, working namo sa hospitals?

i am an RN since 2008. mo expire na lng akong license, wala gihapon ko naka practice sa akong profession. hahaha. u know na...

in the past 2 years, i worked as a dance instructor/performer. wa mn koy kwarta para i-capital, so, talent ra akong puhunan.

i never applied to any hospital here in cebu because wala koy backer. and naka tatak na sa akong utok nga maskin unsa pa nimo ka ngilngig nga pgka nurse, backer rai katapat nimo. hahaiz.

wala pd ko ni sulod anang pagvolunteeer. para nako, abuso mn gd na. dili maayu. in our country, we have to pay in order to work. tarung pa ba kaha na?

nag-apil2x pd ko pgka volunteer sa mga medical mission para at least magamit nko akong pgka nurse. lingaw mn pd ky daghan kaayu ka ma meet and ma kaila nga mga tao. hahaha.

last june ko ni stop ani akong bisyo, which is dancing. ni apply ko as a student in UK last june lng sd jd. end of september ky mo largahay na ko. though dali ra kaayu ning ako pgka process, still, dili jd lalim. hahaiz. ngano bitaw ni enter?! if you have plans to apply through an agency, research lng usa jd. basin unya ma bitik mo sa ilang taga. alisto! ayaw jd pa ilad...

ayaw lng jd mo pagdali guys. patience, patience, patience... despite all of these, iv learned one thing jd. trust in the Lord when misfortune happens. His plans are greater than ours...

took the NLE december 2007...mag 3 years na lang ko nag standby,walay work...wala sad ko ni take ug actions to volunteer and apply sa mga hospitals...maka discourage man gud nang backer2x style...

and i havent done anything with regards to taking ielts, nclex and cgfns...
tanan taw nag push sa ako to do something...pero ambot uy...mura wala man ko ambition!haha!
nahan mu adto sa states pero walay gi buhat!lol!

hopefully this will pass...im now starting to miss wearing the white uniform!

unsai training nimo ana? pila ka days? na-a bayad?

wala bayad brad! basta pag pass lang ngadtu sa reqs like TOR, resume, application letter ug imu photocopy sa license.. mau ra na brod! nya sa blood center pag pass.. nya 490 hours ra imu i comply ug 100 ka successful nga bleed...^_^

i was a volunteer at eversley before. if you hope na ma absorb as a staff nurse, then i would not suggest eversley..not unless naa kai kusgan na backer..kay naai dghan volunteers niabot ug 1 year unya niapply for a staff nurse position, wla jud na absorb..ang nangadawat kato nuon 3 months pa (kay naa man backer)..anah lang ang reality..besides, daghan na au sila did2 karon..sa usa ka shift more or less 10 ang moduty..tungod sa kadaghan, gipang assign ang uban sa xray ug laboratory..i don't know if naai gpaduty sa central supplies dept..haha

if mag eversley ka, iregards lang ko sa ako ex sa ER..hehe..magkauyabai ra did2 ang staff nurse ug volunteer..nyahahah

thanks 4 responding..indeed, backer ra jud ang katapat. i heard they'll just throw out some application, hmm..maybe thats y they lost mine. ur right, daghan na jud au ang volunteers and yes after the orientation, i found out that they have the program now which is module 2(3months training) area assignedray,csr & lab.

i think, it will be better for u to do a little more soul searching on wat u really would like to do in life. do watever passion u got inside and this will give u some inspiration to do something. thus will make u feel good inside...gud luck and pray always!

thats what im doing right now...soul searching as to what i really want to happen in my life.im so grateful because my parents supported me in whatever it was that i was going through.early on,after i graduated and passed the NLE,they were the ones who kept on pushing me to be a nurse na gyud...i kept stalling and making excuses...but deep down inside,what i really wanted to tell them was that i was not that keen on being a nurse anymore...so i stalled for like two years...and finally i had the courage to tell them what i really felt...the reason why i hid it from them was that i was scared of letting them down...but when i told them,they understood...

i tried doing business with friends,they supported me...it turned sour, they supported me...
then i want to open or do another business na sad....just havent thought of what it will be pa...
i like the feeling of being your own boss,but its a gamble that u have to take gyud...

hopefully,as im not getting any younger,i can persue being a nurse gyud..
i hope this will pass...
