byron is a poor decision maker because he did not surround himself with assistants who can help him succeed. based on his demeanor, he is not a good motivator... so there should be someone in his staff who is.

i don't know how effective is the princeton offense in this time and age of the NBA, but byron relies so much on this offense. in terms of strategies and sets, he clearly don't have a good strategy for the team. its probably why hibbert is not effective at all. hibbert was way more effective in indiana despite paul george's injury.

i guess he needs to admit these weaknesses in order for him to succeed. he needs to hire an assistant who is good in X's and O's, and hire an assistant who is a good motivator.

Byron Scott needs to coach the team, Right now It looks like he's trying to protect his choice of picking Russell at No. 2. The Offense should be run through the Best Players on a team and as of now it was Clarkson & Randle these guys has a 1-2 punch potential, He just need to put them in the right position with the right combination of players and let them handle that Damn Ball. Players need to earn their duties, its not supposed to be given.

i agree. offense should revolve around their best players kobe,JC and JR. let russel develop on his own. clarkson did it last season, russel can do it too.

russell did not even play in the closing game... his reason is because the lakers were trailing... he still wanted to win the game. bisag dako na ang labaw sa miami, di gihapon padula-on si russell. russell will not fully develop kung ingon ani ang style ni byron scott. what the team need this season is for the young players to develop. bahalag pila number of wins. if you've been monitoring or watching the games, russell's playing time is cut for lou williams. especially in the 4th quarter.

there is the reason why russell should be given a chance... when kobe and russell westbrook were rookies, they were given a chance to play despite what their team record could be.

promising kaayo ang dula ni randle, russell, ug nance ganina... kahibalo naman tingali ta unsay ma-contribute ni clarkson... this team is good enough to compete in two years. kung makakuha ang lakers ug bisag isa lang ka-star player dako nag chance mo-compete ug conference finals in two years.
