    tolz: i kinda like the first picture of the "keep of the grass"... saturation is better.. and with this kind of shot, its better to have wider DoF... the blur thing hmm... hurts my eye a bit.. hehe... nice tip though! and oh! nice meeting you diay! hehe...

    nasubraan sa curves hehe..depende ra gyud sa style..good thing we can do tilt-lens effect in PS kay perti kamahal sa real Canon Tilt lens.

    i agree, the lens blur effect makes it look unnatural...miniture like...also the USM brought out the dead grass which by itself is unsightly...i like the original hinuon hehehe...thats just my take...anyways, nice tip...just didnt work out for this image

    here's my take...

    I agree with sir CrashBurn about the saturation. The Curves adjustment wasn't needed. The "tilt-effect" was a nice touch though you could've cloned some of the grass to cover up some patches.

    For the shot I would've added another element to the frame. Maybe a pair of shoes on the lower right to balance it out or maybe someone's feet to show a comical image. Maybe a crushed can to send an environmental message.
