^Sagdii nalang bro. Patience is a virtue.
Maybe he's referring to the last season's first round exit in the playoffs which i think he's right.
^ Even then, it's still not valid. Our Big 3 was literally a Big 1.5 (injured Manu and Duncan playing on 1 leg). Our bench is made up to complement that Big 3. So without the Big 3, we didn't have much of a fighting chance.
Good thing our offseason has been stellar so far: Jefferson (someone who can offset should Manu go down again), McDyess (15-10 a night guy; someone who can bang the WC's centers instead of Timmy - who lost 15 lbs by the way), Ratliff (6 fouls to give hehehe), Haislip (Euroleague star - Matt Bonner's shooting touch plus the athleticism of Manu), and Blair (Thabeet-killer and rebounding beast ).
Add to it Mason and Hill who had a season under their belts, Mahinmi finally playing, Hairston (Bowen-replacement) and Marcus Williams (D-League All-Star; plus have you seen a 6-7 point guard? ), plus the return of a healthy Manu and Timmy - I say I pretty much like our chances this season.
Oh, I forgot about Tony "freakin" Parker.
