I went to Vigan via land trip using my car. Stayed in Vigan for only half a day, then went to the different municipalities of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte, all the way to Pagudpud.

From Manila to Ilocos Norte and Back: 3 days and 2 nights

Diesel = 4.5k
Food = 3k
Lodging = 2k for 2 nights (Vigan and Bangui)

Before heading to Ilocos, I also took pictures around Manila and Laguna.
