For one, PBA games are getting more physical and players are getting more defense oriented this time. Comparing PBA today and during the 70's, 80's and even during the early 90's, layo lang kaayo. Most shots taken those times are not much contested and players are so trigger happy that it would just normally take at least 5 or 8 seconds the most to take a shot.

If one understands what basketball really is, then today's PBA is not that boring, though it really is if we compare it to the NBA. Basketball is not just all about scoring.

I think that is also the reason why pinoy fans are not much into soccer kay less scoring..they only look for the thrill in the scoring but they forget the beauty of what happens beofre that, setting up plays, etc..

Basketball TV is good during the basketball season, but when they show the same game 50 times, it gets kind of old.

I like basketball too, and watching the classics, but showing a first round game of the Jones Cup over and over and over gets to be a bit too much.

There were some really good live sports events that were taken off the air when they replaced SportsPlus.
