pwede mo maka download ug free grib files from servers ex. NOAA (where for-profit weather services like Accu gets most of it's data) then view the weather file ( forcecast, track etc) w/ any free (zygrib, OpenCPn) or proprietary programs (Maxsea etc) that can display grib files.
pwede kuha ka forecast from 24hours and pwede nimo ma-view in animation ang forecast.
anyway, ako gamit is Maxsea Time Zero w/c provides it's own Weather service ( murag NOAA rsad gikan cguro).

"RUBY" and the Northeast Monsoon will bring rough to very rough sea conditions over the seaboards of Northern Luzon, eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon, over the seaboards of Visayas and over the northern and eastern seaboards of Mindanao. Fisherfolks and those using small seacraft are advised not to venture out over the said seaboards. Moreover, those living near coastal areas are alerted against possible storm surges.
The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next weather bulletin to be issued at 11 AM today.
