    kapaet. 3 days nako wala ka exercise kay banat2 ug ot sa work kay lami kau ang ot incentives namo karon. lol. lain kaau ang pamati dili maka exercise. dili lang pud nako pugson kay kulang jud kaau ko sa tulog. makatulog rakog 5hrs max for 3 days na. atong needs usahay mao jud mo get in the way. trying to eat healthy lang. kani rabang kulang tag tulog, lami kau ikaon. grrrr

    I know ang weigh in nato is every 15th but monthly weigh in namo
    sa amo trainer Kay every 9th month so post lang nako ang results

    Previous - February 15, 2014 -- 79 Kilos / 174 lbs

    Current Weigh-In
    March 10, 2014 -- 76.36 Kilos / 168 lbs



    Diet: fish/veggie/fruit Mondays-Fridays then on weekend, little meat incorporated in my meals

    Activities ~ 6th month
    ++ gym (dance/cardio/weights) Mondays-Fridays
    ++ walk and run Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (either on the treadmill or at the oval)

    Thanks so much Yvonne

    Only this week, I stopped my boiled camote-and-hard boiled eggs-diet since I
    noticed it's not working for me. I did better when I had my veggie-fruit-fish diet
    before so I'm going back to that lifestyle starting tomorrow.

    As for my workout regimen, Monday-Tuesday-Saturday gym and dance class and
    if I still have time to squeeze in between the week for my running at the oval. My
    new job is ruining my regular gym time lols so it's a good challenge.. Let's see if
    there's any difference

    What about you guys? Have you tried changing diets and workout regimen after
    months in your program?

    It took me a lot of trial and errors, fad and crash diets but on the second month
    I always go back to binge-eating. Maybe it's now effective because I'm already
    doing this to be healthy and not just because for some guy to love and want me
    hahaha... I know pathetic au... But that was before na.

    Nice man diay doing something for yourself for a change

    Glad to help and inspire people with my journey...

    hmmm. it's already 8 months since i decided to lose weight and change for the better. really was hell putting myself into. and worse getting myself out of it. oh well. ana gyud ang life. a lot has happened some not so good... from starving myself and fainting in front of the threadmill. punishing myself ending up damaging my knees. to learning how to balance ur diet without killing urself in the long run. a lot has happened during the 8 months of reinventing myself. i burned a lot of bridges and also built a new one. im just happy that a lot still supported me on my plans. and it paid off. i guess now is my time to repay my debts and rebuild what is broken.

    para sa mga tao nga nay kaila naningkamot mag papayat. please be patient with them. and give them the support they need. dili lalim mag papayat. and at times we can be a holes "due to hunger" please be patient we are doing this not only for ourselves but also for you guys. yaw kabalaka mu bawi ra gyud mi sa inyo.
